Trilogy of terror is the most obvious anthology film ever. Each short coming in at about twenty minutes or so a piece. The first is a great subversion of your expectations. It stars horror alum Karen Black. In fact, they all star Karen Black. The second one is exactly what you think it is, and the third section is the most famous and is just having some fun. Karen Black is diverse in each role like it's an audition tape. It was directed by Dan Curtis who makes mostly made for t.v. movies. There is not a ton to say other than this a worth a watch. It was such a pleasant surprise that I had to review it immediately. I give it an 8 of 10, I really enjoyed it and with the length of each segment I found it very easy to watch. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a little horror fun. I can't say enough about how great Karen Black was.
