Ice cream man is legendary for its absurd story, wild characters and the grossest ice cream you can imagine. It captures a cartoonish self awareness that reminds me of "Killer Klowns from Outer Space". The ice cream man is played by Clint Howard who had his brain injected with ice cream when he was a kid? So now he has crazy ice cream dreams? This movie is very 90's, bowl cuts and baggy clothes everywhere. The "stranger danger" levels are off the charts. This film is offensive in ways only 90's films are. Say what you will about this film but Clint Howard is truly creepy and kids really ran around like that in the nineties. This is a great B-movie that is great for watching with friends. I give it a 6 of 10. I would recommend it to serious horror fans and anyone looking for a fun horror story. Some stories are not to be taken seriously and are just for fun, this is one of those films. So watch and have a good laugh.
