If you can make it through this Elijah Wood approved obviously low budget movie with terribly written dialog, then this is a very enjoyable B quality film. There is more than enough going on to keep your attention as we watch the main character, who is also our protagonist, maniacally stammer through his cyclical rampage. Donning the least iconic mask in slasher history, he is one very goofy looking killer. Make no mistake this movie is fucked up and will shock you with it's over the top kills. The rampage escalates as the copper killer pulls weapons out of nowhere like he is a character from GTA including a chainsaw, machine gun and medieval mace. This was directed by Tim Ritter who I need to see more of his films based on titles alone like Sharks of the Corn and Bad Cop No Donut. I give this a 7 of 10. The acting is very bad, but it's one of those so bad it's good performances. It has a lot of gore and surprising violence. I feel this is a hidden gem among the b horror movie community. It is definitely worth checking out. More great eighties cover art for this one too.
